Mid-day Flow: Mondays 12:15-1:00pm
A short but sweet vinyasa-based class to break up your day. This class is for all levels but is a more active practice (you will need to be able to get down to the floor and back up to standing).
This flowing practice links fluid movement with the breath. We will build strength, flexibility, and balance in the body, allowing the mind to relax and re-centre before taking on the rest of the day. Take 45 minutes to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Yin Yoga: Sundays 7:30-9:00pm
A practice in slowing down and being present in the body - suitable for all levels and for bodies that are comfortable to sit or lie on the floor.
Yin yoga is a meditative approach to yoga - but it is challenging in its own way. We use long-held, passive postures to target the body’s connective tissue (fascia, ligaments, and joints). The postures are mainly done on the floor, with the goal of tuning into sensations in the body, the breath, and the brain. Yin yoga teaches mindfulness: we train the mind to find space and breath through discomfort. The practice also uses the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine to improve the flow of energy through the body. This class is a great complement to more active (yang) styles of yoga, or just to the pace of life right now - pause, find stillness, and breathe.

Prenatal Yoga: Sundays 5:30-6:45pm
Suitable for all levels (even those without yoga experience) and all stages of pregnancy.
This empowering practice is designed to strengthen and move your changing body and to help your baby move into an optimal birthing position. We will focus on functional movement for the core and pelvic floor to help prevent diastasis recti, bladder leaks, and prolapse - and you will learn to safely modify any other yoga class or movement practice you do outside this class. We'll work with your breath to calm the mind and nervous system, learn yoga poses to ease common pregnancy discomforts, and use meditation to ease the transition into parenthood. Each class ends with a guided relaxation and visualization to help you prepare for birth, reduce fear, and connect with your baby. This class is suitable for all bodies in any stage of pregnancy, even those without any yoga experience.
This is a great opportunity to connect with other pregnant people! There will be an opportunity to share your experiences, to learn more about pregnancy and birth, and to ask questions and chat at the end of each class.

Postnatal Yoga (parent and baby): Mondays 10:30-11:30am
Get to know your postpartum body and connect with your breath in a baby-friendly class with other new parents. Parents will move, breathe and practice self-care, while keeping your baby close. Taught by a doula and experienced mother of 3, this class will help you find some calm in the beautiful chaos of the fourth trimester and beyond.
This class is beginner friendly and variations will be given for all body types and fitness levels. We will focus on breathing and functional movement for the core and pelvic floor for those with diastasis recti, bladder leaks, prolapse, and other common postpartum issues - and we will prepare your body to safely return to other yoga classes and movement practices. The practice is designed for the birthing person’s postpartum body (6 weeks postpartum or in consultation with your care provider), but all parents are welcome and will benefit. All babies are welcome, but parents often find class is easier when they are pre-crawling (less than 6 months old).
Please bring a blanket or play mat for your baby to lie on during class, as well as any other baby items you may need (diaper bag, toys, nursing pillow, etc). You can feed, change, or attend to your baby during class as needed. Erica is also a postpartum doula and is happy to help. This class may not be the quietest, but it will definitely be the cutest!
